The Friends of The Civic – The Friends of The Civic was launched in January of 2012 by The Civic Group. Its members provide support for The Civic Group in a number of ways, such as a volunteer base, or a representative group which The Civic Group can consult with on future plans for the group and buildings. The purpose of the Friends group is to support The Civic Group in their efforts to provide a venue for the Community. Income from the Friends Group subscriptions will make a valuable contribution towards fund raising for items which in turn enables us to provide better services for the Community.
