Heritage Open Days at Hartlebury

There’s a weekend of great events all for Free at Hartlebury this Heritage Open Days.

On Friday, September 9, visitors will be able to join a free behind the scenes tours of our fascinating Museum Collections Centre and discover more of the treasures we care for. Tours at 11am, 12.30pm and 2pm, to book your place call 01299 250416. Places are limited and the stores can only be visited on the tours.

On Saturday, September 10, the museum and castle will not only be open for free, but visitors will also be able to have an exclusive look around the bishop’s rooms between 12pm and 3pm, with the chance to find out about the project currently underway to transform the site into a unique visitor attraction.

On Sunday, September 11, the final day of free entry, visitors can meet the castle’s scullery maid, get hands-on with the collections and learn about how the museum cares for their objects.
