Through a series of guided, accessible, non-threatening activities you will be able to immerse yourself in the natural world using a range of senses. Experience nature as you have never experienced it before. Our experienced earth educators have been leading these activities long before mindfulness and forest bathing had entered the public consciousness. Experience the joy, calm and well-being that the natural world can bring. This session is aimed at adults but parents and grand-parents will be inspired to repeat the techniques with their own children/grand-children in their own time.
